We currently ship to the following locations:
• Nationwide Shipping: We deliver to all cities and towns across Pakistan, including Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, and other major and minor cities.

2. Order Processing Time
• Standard Orders: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Custom/Made-to-Order Items: Custom or personalized items may require 5-10 business days for processing, depending on the complexity of the order.
• Peak Seasons: During sale periods, festivals (Eid, weddings season), and promotional events, processing times may be extended by 2-5 additional business days.
• Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays in Pakistan.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times vary based on your location:
• Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi): 2-4 business days after dispatch
• Other Cities (Faisalabad, Multan, Sialkot, Gujranwala, etc.): 3-5 business days after dispatch
• Remote Areas and Small Towns: 5-8 business days after dispatch
Please note: These are estimated delivery times and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipping Methods and Couriers
We partner with reliable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery:
• TCS (Tranzum Courier Services)
• Leopards Courier
• M&P (Messenger & Parcel Service)
• Pakistan Post
• Other trusted local couriers
The courier service will be selected based on your location and product type. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS to track your package.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on:
• Order weight and dimensions
• Delivery location (city/town)
• Order value
Shipping Cost Examples:
• Standard Shipping: PKR 300-350 (varies by location)
• Free Shipping: Available on orders above PKR 5,000 (terms and conditions apply)
• Express Shipping: PKR 400-600 (available for major cities only)

6. Order Tracking
• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS.
• You can track your order using the tracking number on the courier company's website.

7. Delivery Address
• Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including:
• Full name of recipient
• Complete street address with house/apartment number
• City and postal code
• Active phone number
• Important: Nitro Wears is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
• Address changes after order placement may not be possible. Please contact us immediately if you need to update your address.
8. Failed Delivery Attempts
• The courier service will make 2-3 delivery attempts.
• If all delivery attempts fail due to the customer being unavailable or unreachable, the package will be returned to us.
• In case of a returned package, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping charges if they wish to receive the order again.
• Please ensure you are available to receive the delivery or provide an alternative contact person.
9. Damaged or Lost Packages
• Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please do not accept it. Take photos of the damaged package and contact us immediately at nitrowears.official@gmail.com or 0315 9253926. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
• Lost Packages: If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 48 hours. We will investigate with the courier service and resolve the issue.
• All our packages are insured, and we will take full responsibility for any damage or loss during transit.
10. Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Cash on Delivery is available for orders within Pakistan.
• A COD fee may apply depending on the order value and location.
• Please have the exact cash amount ready at the time of delivery.
• Once you receive the package, please inspect it before making the payment.
11. Holidays and Unexpected Delays
• Deliveries may be delayed during public holidays, strikes, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• We will notify you of any significant delays and work to resolve them as quickly as possible.
• Nitro Wears is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services or events beyond our control.
